asked the Minister for Finance the present position of the work at Allihies Garda station, Castletownbere, County Cork where toilet facilities are being installed; and when he expects the installation to be complete.

The question of the works proposed at this station is related to the review which the Minister for Justice is having made of the distribution of the Garda force throughout the country.

Pending the outcome of this review, the Commissioners of Public Works are not in a position to enter into any commitment in regard to works at Allihies station.
