asked the Minister for Local Government if he is aware that the Range Wall, Rush, County Dublin which was erected many years ago for the purpose of preventing silting is now an obstruction due to the fact that it proved ineffective; and that no boats now operate in its vicinity; and if he will direct the local authority to have this obstruction removed.

This is a matter for Dublin County Council and one in connection with which I have no functions.
