asked the Minister for External Affairs what action the Government have taken, or contemplate taking, on paragraph 10 (a), (b) and (c) of Resolution No. 400 on the general policy of the Council of Europe which was adopted by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on 29th January, 1969.

The Government have noted and are in general sympathy with the terms of Resolution No. 400 of the Consultative Assembly.
