asked the Minister for Local Government the date on which he gave approval in principle to the sketch layout plan for a Meath County Council scheme of 44 houses for Athboy, County Meath; if the further detailed proposals have been received in his Department; and if he can say at this stage when he is likely to sanction the scheme.

I approved the sketch layout plan for this scheme on 3rd February last. Final documents were received in my Department on the 3rd instant and are being examined. My decision on them will be given as soon as possible.
