asked the Minister for Local Government if Galway County Council have submitted plans to his Department for the erection of nineteen houses in Loughrea and when he expects to be in a position to sanction the scheme and allow tenders to be invited.

Plans for 16 houses at Pollroebuck, Loughrea, were submitted by the council to my Department on the 4th instant and are being examined. My decision on them will be given shortly.
