asked the Minister for Health the number of prosecutions under the Food Hygiene Regulations which have been made during the past 12 months in the Dublin city and county areas in respect of premises where items of food are being offered for sale.

In the 12 months ended 30th November, 1969, the Dublin Health Authority instituted 38 prosecutions under the Food Hygiene Regulations, 1950, in respect of food premises in their administrative area.
