asked the Minister for Justice when it is proposed to increase the jurisdiction of the district and circuit courts referred to in a reply of 26th February when he stated that he hoped to have the scheme for increasing such jurisdiction ready in a couple of weeks.

The scheme of a Bill to deal, inter alia, with the jurisdiction of the district and circuit courts, to which I referred on 26th February, is before the Government for consideration.
