asked the Minister for Local Government when it is proposed to publish the findings of the enquiry which took place in February 1969 into the acquisition of land for road widening at Portnason, Ballyshannon, County Donegal.

Arising out of the inquiry the local authority are reconsidering their acquisition proposals as provided for in the compulsory purchase order in which this land is included. A decision on the order is being deferred pending the result of this further consideration by the local authority.
