It is not possible, just now, to forecast when allotment of this 69-acre property can be effected.
An application to purchase six acres has been received from Kildare County Council. I understand, however, that the area required by the council contains the only main-road frontage on the estate and the matter is the subject of discussions between Land Commission and local officials.
