asked the Minister for Lands, if, in view of the fact that lands held by a company (name supplied) in the Tarbert area, County Kerry, are offered for public auction, he will ask the Land Commission to serve a notice of inspection and so ensure that local smallholders may have ample time to take any necessary steps in the matter.

The Land Commission have decided to carry out an inspection of this property and the requisite notice under the Land Act, 1965, was served on the solicitors having carriage about two weeks ago.
