asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries the reason for the delay in paying the subsidy under the beef cattle incentive scheme to a person (name supplied) in County Monaghan; and if he will indicate when it will be paid.

This case is still under investigation. I am not at present in a position to indicate when payment of any grants under the beef cattle incentive scheme may be made to the person named.
