asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if a claim for compensation has been received from the dependants of a person employed by his Department (details supplied) who sustained fatal injuries at Clonakilty Agricultural College on 27th August, 1969; and the present position in the matter.

A claim was received in this case through a solicitor. The solicitor later informed my Department that he had been instructed to institute proceedings.
