It is presumed that the question relates to county hospitals in which there is a post of county physician and no post of obstetrician/ gynaecologist. The hospitals in question are the county hospitals at Dundalk, Clonmel, Bantry, Mallow, Nenagh, Ennis, Roscommon, Portlaoise.
