James Tully Minister for Local Government (Mr. Tully) (for the Minister for Defence) Labour Party

The person named was not refused a special allowance. A form on which to apply for a special allowance was sent to him on 6th November. When he completes the form and returns it to my Department the matter will be dealt with speedily.
