asked the Minister for Lands the names of the estates and the date of acquisition in each case of lands in the possession of the Land Commission in (a) County Westmeath and (b) County Longford; and details of the estates in each of these counties which are expected to be divided this year.

NOTE: It is not possible to indicate when the individual Estates mentioned will be divided but there will be no avoidable delay. The necessary local enquiries preliminary to allotment are being pressed forward as rapidly as circumstances permit.
