asked the Minister for Health if he has, as yet, received any reply in respect of his inquiries to the South-Eastern Health Board as to why a debt by the board to a certain chemist (name supplied) in County Waterford for medicines supplied has not been paid.

I am advised by the South-Eastern Health Board that there are legal problems involved in this case. I have asked the board to deal with the matter as quickly as possible.
