asked the Minister for Justice if he will initiate legislation to control the operations of pools collectors for charity to ensure (a) that the charity which is described as benefiting from the collection will receive at least 80 per cent of the takings (b) that the winners' names will be published and (c) that children will not be permitted to act as collectors.

I have no such proposals under consideration at present but I hope to examine the law in this area and it is possible that I shall have some proposals for its amendment.
