asked the Minister for Agriculture and Fisheries if he will permit the Inishowen adult Education Committee, County Donegal to use the Greencastle Fishery Training School on two nights per week without insisting on a large fire insurance contribution.

Insurance against fire is always required when the State lends or hires out property. It is not, therefore, open to me to waive this requirement in the case mentioned by the Deputy.
