asked the Minister for Finance the plans, if any, that have been made for the erection of a new barracks in Manorhamilton, County Leitrim, and the plans being made for the provision of a new labour exchange office, both of which buildings need urgent replacement.

A site has been acquired for the erection of a new Garda district headquarters and an employment exchange in Manorhamiltion. Preliminary planning for the new buildings will be undertaken as soon as possible and it is hoped to bring the projects to construction stage by mid-1977.
