asked the Minister for Local Government the present position regarding the erection of an office block at Eglinton Road, Donnybrook, in view of the fact that Dublin City Council invoked section 30 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1963.

Two appeals have been lodged with me against the decision of the Dublin City Council to revoke planning permission for the development referred to and these are at present under consideration.

When can we expect a decision to be made?

It will be made in the near future as I do not believe in sitting on these matters.
