Peter Barry Minister for Transport and Power (Mr. P. Barry) (for the Minister for Labour) Fine Gael

The legal formalities for the transfer of the factory from the receiver to the new owners have not yet been completed and recruitment of staff has, therefore, not yet commenced. I understand, however, that the new management will be prepared to consider all suitable former employees of the factory for jobs, when recruitment commences.
