I move:

That a sum not exceeding £22,581,000 be granted to defray the charge which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the 31st day of December, 1976, for the salaries and expenses of the Minister for Education (including Institutions of Science and Art), for certain miscellaneous educational and cultural services and for payment of sundry grants-in-aid.

On a technicality, if there is a possibility of a token Estimate later on the Estimate can be fully discussed, but not under a Supplementary Estimate. I was caught on that last year so I should like to raise that matter at the moment.

I think that is agreed.
