Tom J. Fitzpatrick Mr. T.J. Fitzpatrick Fianna Fáil

(Dublin Central) asked the Minister for Local Government if a record is kept of bogus calls received by Dublin city fire brigades; and, if so, the figures for 1975 and to date in 1976.

Comment on this

All local authorities keep a record of such calls, and the figure for Dublin city in 1975 was 2,464. However, I am informed that statistics of such calls to date this year are not readily available.
