Michael Begley Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Finance (Mr. Begley) Fine Gael

Along this drain there are two farms owned as the Deputy has indicated. Works as far as the upstream farm would not be economic, but if the consent of the owner were forthcoming the commissioners would clean the drain through the downstream farm.
