asked the Minister for Lands if he will state when the Land Commission will buy the farm of a person (name supplied) in County Kildare, which was withdrawn at a recent auction, in view of the fact that there is a large number of uneconomic holders in the area.

(Cavan): The Land Commission have no proceedings for the acquisition of the property referred to but they are having the matter investigated.
