James Tully Minister for Local Government (Mr. Tully) Labour Party

Under the Local Government (Dublin) Act, 1930, the initiation of action for the extension of the boundary of Dublin County Borough is a matter for Dublin Corporation. There is no proposal before my Department for an extension of the boudary.
