Proposed Constitutional Amendments 4 speeches

The Government intends to introduce constitutional amendments on adoption and bail but has not set a date; it would not confirm whether a referendum might coincide with the general election.

It is intended that proposals for amendments of the Constitution in relation to adoption and bail will be introduced. The Taoiseach is not yet in a position to say when they will be brought before the House.
