asked the Minister for Finance if the lands of a person (name supplied) on which spoil was dumped in the course of drainage development have been levelled and in such a way as to permit the proper use of the land.

During the Boyne drainage operations spoil was unavoidably placed on this land. It was expedient to level some. The Commissioners of Public Works propose to raise the matter of compensation with the landowner.
