asked the Minister for Education if he will provide an increased grant towards the operating costs of the two-teacher national school on Fota Island, County Cork, to provide essential facilities and to carry out urgent repairs.

The Office of Public Works are being requested to report on the condition of this school, and the matter will be further considered on receipt of their report.

When will the report be available?

The first notice that a report was necessary was when the question was put down. I have asked the Office of Public Works to do it immediately and I cannot say when we will get the report.
