asked the Minister for Education if he is aware of the highly unsatisfactory conditions under which post-primary education is being carried on in Donegal town; and if he will indicate when work will commence on the building of a suitable college which has been mooted for several years.

The physical planning for this school is proceeding and a meeting has been arranged for the discussion of an outline plan submitted by the County Donegal Vocational Education Committee. It is not possible at this stage to say when building work will commence.
