Widow’s option for contributory old age pension 2 speeches

A widow receiving the maximum contributory widow’s pension may opt for a contributory old age pension if she qualifies on her own insurance record and is not otherwise disqualified.

A widow who is in receipt of a maximum contributory widow's pension may opt to receive an old age (contributory) pension if she satisfies the contribution conditions for receipt of such pension on her own insurance record and is not otherwise disqualified.
