asked the Minister for Agriculture the number of farmers in County Limerick categorised under the farm modernisation scheme as (a) commercial farmers (b) development farmers and (c) transitional or small farmers.

Of the 2,586 applicants, classified as at 28th February, 1977, there were 43 commercial, 750 development and 1,793 other farmers.
