asked the Minister for Fisheries why a local firm (name supplied) in County Mayo which supplied poultry and frozen foods for catering at Michael Davitt House, Castlebar, has been passed over without explanation and preference given to an outside firm.

I have no function in this matter as the canteen at Michael Davitt House, Castlebar is serviced by a catering contractor who is solely responsible for purchases of supplies.
