asked the Minister for Local Government if he has any plans for the building of further houses in the Midleton area of County Cork following the completion of the schemes at Avoncore and Rohan's Field.

A decision to provide another local authority housing scheme in the Midleton area must be made, in the first instance, by the appropriate housing authority. No proposal in the matter is before me for consideration.
