Ballycasheen East sewerage loan

Summary

The Minister said loan sanction would follow acceptance of a construction tender, which the local authority was expected to submit shortly.

John O'Leary Mr. J. O'Leary Fianna Fáil

asked the Minister for Local Government when he will sanction the loan for the proposed Ballycasheen East sewerage scheme in Killarney, County Kerry; and the present position in the matter.

Comment on this

The question of sanction to a loan to finance this scheme will not arise until a tender for its construction has been accepted. I understand that proposals for acceptance of a tender will shortly be submitted by the local authority.

Questions Nos. 21, 22 and 23 postponed.
