Labour force survey before 1979

The Taoiseach said no further labour force sample survey is planned before 1979; the EEC programme calls for surveys every second year, most recently in 1977.

The sample labour force surveys are being carried out as part of an EEC programme which is based on a survey every second year, the most recent being 1977. There will not therefore be a further survey before 1979.
