asked the Minister for Labour whether the present state of industrial relations was discussed at his recent meeting with members of the Employers' Confederation; and whether any indication of the Government's policy on this matter was made to the Employers' Confederation.

The answer to both parts of the Deputy's question is "yes". This was made clear in the statement issued after the meeting.
