School building survey and funding
The Minister said a special survey would address suburban school pressures and obsolete buildings, with these issues given priority, and confirmed that adequate finance could be expected. Mr. Bruton sought details of the survey, but the Chair moved to the next question; Mr. E. Collins objected that the questions were important and not all related.
asked the Minister for Education what initiatives he has taken in the school building programme to cope with existing suburban pressures and to replace obsolete schools.

With the permission of the Chair, I will expand all right. Have I permission, a Cheann Comhairle?

There was only one supplementary asked on that question and you are not prepared to allow it.

The Deputy is well aware that they are all related questions. We have had tremendous repetition. I have been most patient. I have called Question No. 29.
