asked the Minister for Industry, Commerce and Energy if, in view of the unsatisfactory management and poor state of industrial relations in the Liffey Dockyard, Dublin, under private enterprise, and in view of the recent events there, he will now take steps to nationalise the company.

I understand that this enterprise has been taken over by another company and that settlement terms have been agreed between the union involved and management in relation to the recent industrial dispute.
