James M. Gibbons Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Gibbons) Fianna Fáil

It is not my policy to place restrictions of the nature referred to by the Deputy on staff employed in the State-sponsored bodies associated with my Department. Civil servants serving in, or on loan to, such bodies remain subject to the regulations applying to civil servants generally.
