Questions Nos. 7 to 15 were postponed. Mr. Collins objected that the Minister’s continued absence was an insult to the House; the Ceann Comhairle ruled that this was not a point of order.
On a point of order, my reason for asking that these questions be postponed is that the Minister is not here. I take severe exception to his continued absence from the House. It is an insult to this House.
