Publication and remit of Ó Briain committee report

Summary

Collins said the Government would decide soon whether to publish the Barra Ó Briain committee’s report. He denied that the committee was set up to investigate incidents arising from the Amnesty report and invited Fitzpatrick to submit a question about its purpose.

Is it the intention of the Government to publish the report of the Barra Ó Briain committee?

Comment on this

The Government will be making a decision on that in the very near future.

Comment on this

No, that is not so. The Deputy is completely wrong.
