Minister’s alleged misstatements

Summary

Keating questioned the Environment Minister’s absence and sought an explanation or apology for alleged factual misstatements the previous day, saying he would raise the matter on the adjournment. The Ceann Comhairle ruled the exchanges out of order and repeatedly called Question No. 1.

On a point of order, may I inquire the whereabouts of the Minister for the Environment?
