asked the Minister for the Environment if he is aware of a recent allegation that semi-State organisations have been attempting to break planning laws by seeking to build office extensions in Dublin city residential areas; and if he will issue a directive to all such bodies to comply fully with the city development plan.

I am not aware that semi-State organisations are attempting to break any laws. The question of a directive does not arise.
