asked the Minister for Finance why a house (details supplied) in Dungarvan, County Waterford, the property of the Board of Works, is being allowed to fall into disrepair, resulting in a loss of thousands of pounds to the tax-payers.

A scheme of adaptation and renovations is being prepared to provide office accommodation in these premises for the local staffs of Government Departments. The works will be carried out as expeditiously as possible.
