asked the Minister for Education the progress which has been made to provide a community school in Carrigaline, County Cork; and if a definite date has been decided for the opening of such a school.

A site has been acquired and planning of the building is at an advanced stage. It is expected that building work could be commenced next summer and that accommodation would be available for the opening of the school in September 1980.
