Mr. Donnellan asked to hear the answer to Question No. 9, and the Minister repeated that the map error was corrected and the property transfer registered.
I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the error in question, which was made in 1946, did not involve an incorrect registration of land but was an error in recording plan numbers on a Land Registry map. This error led to difficulties in connection with a transfer of property in the case in respect of which the Deputy supplied details. The error has been corrected and registration of the transfer has been effected. The problem has, accordingly, been resolved.
