Ballymun dwelling construction costs
The Deputy requested costs for flats and terraced houses, including land, servicing and specified facilities, plus estimates at current prices. The Minister circulated Dublin Corporation’s tabular reply; separate costs for middle- and end-terrace houses were unavailable.
asked the Minister for the Environment the cost, including land and servicing costs of each of the following at Ballymun satellite town, Dublin, (a) one bedroomed flat; (b) two bedroomed flat; (c) three bedroomed flat; (d) a terraced house; and (e) an end terraced house, these costs to include the central heating system, lift units and basement areas; and the estimated cost of the same units at today's prices.
