James M. Gibbons Minister for Agriculture (Mr. Gibbons) Fianna Fáil

An objection to the compulsory acquisition of the property referred to came for hearing before the Lay Commissioners on 10 May 1978 and was allowed. This had the effect of terminating the acquisition proceedings.
