asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he has yet received the review of the school meals scheme as promised in June 1978; and the steps, if any, it is intended to take to deal with the findings.

I have not yet received the report of the review of the school meals scheme. I expect to do so, however, within the next two months. When the report is received I will have it examined in my Department and will then consider the outcome of this examination.
